Cancellation and refund policy

What happens if plans change, for retreats and for organization sessions.

For individuals

If you cancel

More than 90 days before

Only your deposit is kept

Cancel now and you lose only your deposit. You owe nothing more.

31 to 90 days before

No refund

No refund on what you have paid, and you do not owe the final payment.

30 days or less before

No refund

The full price stands.

You can transfer your spot to someone else at any time, at no cost.
If Zajuga cancels a retreat, you receive a full refund. We confirm every retreat at least 45 days before it begins.

Worked example

A $4,495 retreat

At booking, 30% $1,349
About 90 days before, 40% $1,798
About 30 days before, 30% $1,348
Total $4,495

And if you cancelled that same retreat:

More than 90 days before, you have paid $1,349 $0 back
31 to 90 days before, you have paid $3,147 $0 back
30 days or less before, you have paid $4,495 $0 back

The earlier you cancel, the less you pay. Cancel more than 90 days before and you lose only your $1,349 deposit. Cancel 31 to 90 days before and the final $1,348 is never charged.

Workforce sessions and onsites

For organizations

30 to 8 days before

50%

Half the price of the session.

7 days or less before

100%

The full price of the session.

Days are calendar days, and each range includes its first and last day.
