Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Zajuga.com, the COCI platform, Reset Mode, the marketplace, and any related services we run (together, the "Service"). Use the Service and you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Who we are

Zajuga is operated by Zajuga LLC, part of NAFEMA LLC Technology Partners ("Zajuga," "we," "us"). Contact: hello@zajuga.com.

2. Eligibility and account creation

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By signing up, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you'll keep it accurate. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including for keeping your password secure. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

One person, one account. Don't share login credentials.

3. The service

Zajuga provides software tools, AI-mediated reflection, and access to coaches and retreats. We update, change, and improve the Service often. Specific features may be added, removed, paused, or replaced. Where a paid feature changes meaningfully, we'll tell you.

Zajuga is not therapy, medical advice, legal advice, or crisis intervention. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 in the US, or your local emergency services.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

5. Your content

You own what you write, record, or upload to Zajuga. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, transmit, and display your content solely so we can run the Service for you, secure it, and back it up. We don't claim ownership of your content and we don't sell it. See our Data Promise and Privacy Policy for the full picture.

6. Payments and billing

Some features are paid. We process payments through Stripe. You authorize us to charge the payment method you give us on the schedule shown at checkout (one-time, monthly, or annual). Subscriptions automatically renew until you cancel.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Taxes are added where required. We may change prices for new billing cycles with reasonable notice; existing paid periods are honored at the price you signed up at.

7. Refunds

We offer a 7-day refund window for new subscriptions. Email hello@zajuga.com within 7 days of your first charge and we'll refund in full, no questions asked. After that window, paid periods are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to stop the next renewal.

Retreats and coaching engagements have their own refund terms, shown at booking.

8. Cancellation and termination

You can cancel your subscription anytime in your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund the current paid period (except under section 7). You can also delete your account anytime — see the Data Promise and Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, if your payment fails repeatedly, or if continuing to serve you would, in our reasonable judgment, expose us or others to legal risk.

9. Third-party services

Zajuga relies on third-party tools — including Stripe, Anthropic, OpenAI, Supabase, Netlify, and Mailchimp — to deliver the Service. Their use of your information is described in our Privacy Policy and governed by their own terms.

10. Intellectual property

The Service — software, prompts, designs, copy, and brand — belongs to Zajuga LLC. You receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use it as a customer. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership.

Names like "Zajuga," "COCI," "Reset Mode," and the Zajuga mark are our trademarks. Don't use them without permission.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't promise the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit any specific outcome you have in mind.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Zajuga LLC, its affiliates, founders, contractors, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total cumulative liability for any claim related to the Service is capped at the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $100.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Zajuga LLC harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable legal fees arising out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Service.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

Nothing here prevents either side from seeking injunctive relief in any competent court to protect intellectual property or confidential information.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we'll notify you (email or in-product) before it takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
