The role

Organization Sales Representative.

Independent contractor (1099) · Remote · Commission only · Set your own schedule

You'll introduce Zajuga to companies, unions, churches, schools, and community organizations. Every conversation starts with the free Gap Assessment, 21 questions that show an organization where its people's gap is widest. From there you connect them with real coaches through webinars, onsites, and retreats, plus COCI, our AI coach, for daily support in between.

Commission

How you earn.

Residual on subscriptions
Every COCI seat an organization you bring in pays for, every month, for as long as they stay.

On every webinar
Paid each time a webinar is completed. For example, one organization booking 8 webinars a year at $750 each earns you $420 a year from that relationship alone.

On onsites and retreats
Paid at point of sale, when the organization pays.

Annual performance bonus
After 12 months, earn a bonus based on the seats still active and the webinars completed from organizations you brought in.

Commissions are paid on what the organization actually pays Zajuga. No cap. Earnings examples are illustrations, not guarantees.

How deals are credited.

Introduce each organization by email to letstalk@zajuga.com before our first conversation with them. That introduction is your record, and it's how every commission is credited to you.

Who we're looking for

  • You've sold to HR leaders, benefits teams, union leadership, or ministry leaders, or you're ready to learn.
  • You're comfortable building your own pipeline.
  • You believe people deserve support before they hit a crisis.

What you'll have

  • The free Gap Assessment as your opener.
  • A roster of real coaches to put in front of your prospects.
  • Direct support from the founder on every deal.
